Everything was positive, especially the friendly and helpful staff. Everything I needed was provided and it was easy to get help and service. The room was comfortable and clean, the shower is especially lovely. I would stay in this hotel anytime again. - the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful

Beautiful set up, big room, good wifi. Hosts extremely friendly - making a big difference to the experience. Nice idea of bringing all guests together during dinner (if one chooses this option) - opportunity to meet new people. Very good dinner. -

I journeyed almost five months through SA. Everything has been said before, no need to repeat it all again. It was a pleasure to stay, with everybody doing their all to make our stay as enjoyable and as seamless as possible, especially the managers Danny and Dimitri. A few things to note, breakfast IS included in the price, not immediately obvious on the website. Also, WIFI was being extended to all rooms as I left, it just gets better and better:-) Please ask for Danny's express check-out service when leaving. Highly Recommended..!!

Very comfortable hotel and restaurant called the bull run which is part of the hotel was very good as well. - Great grounds, very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Very close to Mandela Square and Sandton City.

I loved the roominess and airiness of the apartment/room I had. It
was clean, well furnished and whatever didnt work well was replaced
quickly. The room was a bit cold especially the tiled floors but the bed
did have an electric blanket and another portable heater. More stuff

This apartment hotel is highly recommended. Homely, friendly atmosphere, access to the garden and self-contained, comfortable units.
I was a solo traveller, and had a two-bedroom unit which could sleep four persons. It is ideal for independence and self-catering as required. A taxi service is available all the time. The staff are very accommodating especially at reception.

bar rather than spending 180 rand for a breakfast I didn't want.
Excellent lighting - at last a chain which appreciates people want
decent light to live by. Good shower overhead and hand held. Can open
windows. Very near Gautrain station and Sandton square and safe to walk.

The staff was spectacularly attentive. They tried to adopt my 6 month old son and promptly set up a cot for him in our room. I honestly loved most of the things about this hotel, the staff were very very nice, my room was spacious and always clean. They gave free soda, juice, sparkling and clear water. and found our hostess Anne to be quite hospitable and gracious. The property is
safe and secure with gated entry located in the affluent suburb of Rosebank.

The staff at Rosebank Lodge Guesthouse were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. They allowed us an early check in and even offered us breakfast. They gave tea to our guests and allowed us to store our luggage on our last day when we were being picked up later in the day. They were excellent.
The location is very good being both central and close to the Gautrain and also a big shopping centre with lots of restaurants.

The room we had was a bit hot, so they moved us into the next available room the next day, without us even asking for a change.
The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
It was very quite given that we were in Johannesburg.
