  The facilities were excellennt and certainly value for money. The staff provided excellent customer service. They responded promptly to e-mails and assisted whenever needed. The location is also great jus opposite Melrose Arch. - All the staff from reception to security were very nice and friendly. They went out of their way to help. Enjoyed ou... hva folk sier » r stay.   Courtesy of the staff, attentiveness, clean, professional but friendly atmosphere, predictably clean and comfortable room, very comfortable bed, terrific bathroom - I loved the room and the luxury feeling that came with it. I also liked the fact that the pillows were changed to what we preferred before we went to bed.
