Excellent airport pick-up service. Welcoming arrival, some nice tea served. Good selection of food and quality dining facilities. Decorative elements, attached to details. Beautiful, spacious rooms, with lots of innovative pleasant details. Discrete atmosphere. Family run hotel feeling. I could hardly expect more from a city hotel.

Everything there was great. The room was really nice and had everything you could need. We had breakfast in bed which came with the booking. Only wish we could've stayed longer. Oh and the food was great too! - Friendly staff, confort in the room, excellent breakfast and dinner.

From the moment we made our booking through to our departure the service was excellent. Our room was comfortable and clean with those little extras that make all the difference. I enjoyed the large shower with a strong spray, the super comfy bed and the top quality coffee. My partner was on a working holiday and he appreciated the fast and reliable wifi (he was even able to use it by the pool!) and the easy drive to Sandton. The staff at Rosebank Lodge Guesthouse were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. They allowed us an early check in and even offered us breakfast. They gave tea to our guests and allowed us to store our luggage on our last day when we were being picked up later in the day. They were excellent.
The location is very good being both central and close to the Gautrain and also a big shopping centre with lots of restaurants.
