  letsbookhotel.com secured deposit of r600 and due to lateness of checkin this was not visible to owners so they charged the full amnt again. letsbookhotel.com did phone and apologise, however, we await the r600 to be reimbursed - Marion Lodge is a good place to stay if you're in Joburg.   We only used this place to start our trip through South-Afrika. It has lots of nice stuff to do for it's guest. A nice big jacuzzi, pooltable, sauna, you name it. It has a nice small colony of birds in de garden that you can feed. We had the little cabin in the garden which had a very nice shower and a great feel to it. Excellent for an overnights... hva folk sier » tay. - Very clean and comfortable and over- the-top spacious. Everything a family would need for an extended stay (except a wine corkscrew). Great breakfast. Easy cheap shuttle to airport. Good price, facilities and location. Obliging staff.

  The pictures are as you find it. A beautiful boutique hotel. We had room 11 for a full week, which was a huge apartment with a big patio outside overlooking the pool and garden. It had a giant four poster bed, comfy and clean. There was a lovely relaxed atmosphere about the place. The staff were always courteous and polite.   Flintstones is very close to the main roads and offers easy access to the highways etc. The guesthouse has a very neat garden and swimming pool area and it feels homely. Secure parking. Neat rooms but no frills. - I enjoy the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to serve and make you feel comfortable.
