  1. The staff were very accommodating and lovely. My card had a problem when booking because of the bank down time and they still allowed me to finalize the booking after a lot of back and forth. 2. Taxi fare is expensive and if you plan to catch the shuttle, you can even catch the train from OR Tambo to the mall, and get picked up - The 2 bedroom apartment was exactly what we expected it to be like and more. The view was great, the rooms where perfect. Very trendy and makes you feel like you are living th good life.

  Really Glad we chose Genesis. Felt very secure. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Could leave our extra luggage there for 3 weeks Securely while we toured Botswana then returned for another stay.
