  Friendly smart attentive, and willing members of staff from check in to check out. Staff were the best I have known, primarily as quite chilled and not overly formal. I simply cannot stand any place where the staff appear subservient. Here the balance was perfect. Cleanliness 10/10. Top brand bathroom goods, and above all the hotel has a nice atmo... hva folk sier » sphere. Oh, and the price of approx. £110 per night was fair for central Oslo. The only complaint I have is about the couple who sat at the breakfast - When I checked in to this Hotel i didn't like the first room I had, I am very particular in when it comes to colors of my sorounding specially when it comes to the colors of room or colors of the curtain( some people are just like this) I called the reception right away and asked them if they could give me another room with light soroudings...5 minutes later they gave me the room that was just perfect..excellent service..no wonder I am here when I am in Oslo.

  Jeg følte meg hjemme og ble tatt godt vare på. Jeg måtte inn til Oslo i full fart pga jeg skulle bli farmor innen 24 timer. Jeg måtte jo dele dette med resepsjonen og de var så søte og hjelpsomme. Jeg ble farmor til en liten pike så nå må jeg komme til Oslo ofte for å følge litt med oppveksten. Jeg må kanskje se på tilbud da, weekend er nok best.   Location was totally fantastic for anyone having to catch an early morning train/bus like me - it's right beside the rail and bus station. Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, efficient. The room was one of the best designed I have ever seen in a hotel, and had everything one could possibly need. Included breakfast at the Egon restaurant across from the hotel was an adventure in navigation. Once there food presented had variety for all.

Dette satte vi enormt pris på, en luksus vi ikke får ellers med to morgenpigge barn :) - Da vi viste fram bookingbekreftelsen fikk vi et bedre rom enn vi hadde betalt for.
