  Excellent breakfast. Fem Steuer restaurant served very good quality Easter buffet. Although we booked the cheapest room, we still got a room with nice view over Oslo and the fjord. Metro link to city center stops quite close to hotel (ca. 5 - 10 min walk, depending if you go uphill or downhill). Good beds, but bit small for taller people like we. ... hva folk sier » Original part of the hotel is nice old building. - We enjoyed our stay and maybe the fantastic bed contributed to this as well as the well sized bathroom and the amazing view. Seldom have we used the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast at previous stays in other hotels but will definetely get up in time to enjoy breakfast the next time we will visit. Excellent variety. Thnx

  Great bed, pillows and duvets - slept like a baby! Nice, powerful showers Great cleaning of the room Staff was super helpful Great with the self-serving of tea, coffee all the time Location was superb - I loved the sustainable approach they took, from the organic and local grown foods to the sustainable approach to management and amenities.... hva folk sier » The bath towels were unbleached natural cotton and the laundry must use eco friendly soaps because my son didn't get allergic reactions when he slept. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and the included organic breakfast was excellent. We all loved the short walk to Aker Trygge and then to downtown, but then having the option to take a troll - Fantastic place to stay- Located very close to the port and the island of Bygdoy where all the museaums are is about a 3 mile walk/trek along the yacht filled quayside which is great day out-(if this is too long take the boat from pier 3)Hotel Looks somewhat unremarkable outside apart from the light fittings but design is a key element internally.
