The staff was really nice. meals are ok, with breakfast in dining room and private dinner in your own room. Location a bit far from JR station but right in the center of shopping street so it's quite convenient once you get there. -
Not too far from station and a short walk you could see many shops. Very convinient.

Being a small hotspring town meant that it was tougher getting English language support but Yadoya's Naoko-san speaks such perfect English that she made my stay a very enjoyable one! Naoko-san is very personable and takes time to explain every detail and recommending restaurants around the area to eat. Thank you for the hospitality!

... hva folk sier » about the ryokan is its location! It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the main shopping street - Yunotsubo Kaido, and 10 minutes to walk to Lake K -
I like the private room of 熱溫泉 as I have privacy and both indoor and outdoor are available for me to try. The staff are all very nice and pleasant. If their English language ability is better, easier communication is possible.
