  Excellent staff, very courteuos, and willing to accommodate any needs whatsoever with a smile. No other hotel I have been to anywhere in the world has arranged a staff member to help me do some souvenir shopping in the market. They even went to that extent !! The concierge made all the arrangements to help my movements within the city, sight-seeing, pickup & dropoff a - Rosita Enami is an excellent customer service representqative. I had e-mailed her several times before our booking and she promptly e-mailed me back. When I entered on the day of booking, she was very helpful and diligently helped me with our reservation.She is an asset to the Rose Hotel.

The staff was very helpful. I made a reservation for a non smoking room, but apparently it was a smoking one but deodorized. ( - Very comfortable, good service, efficient service, good location for travel into city or further afield as near Shinkansen line. Not too fancy but good basics.
