  (coming from a seasoned traveller in Japan...) The staff ALL spoke absolutely amazing English and were incredibly polite and friendly. I felt like I could approach them very easily. Location was great; car parking available, there was a train station, short walk to restaurants, mini walk to shopping centre with everything you could want including ... hva folk sier » Starbucks for that morning coffee.   The room was kept very clean and nice. Staff spoke good english and provided useful Tokyo metro and train maps. Surroundings was also quiet and conveniently close to the train station and a very large shopping centre (Iias) which turned out to be much better than the one in Tsukuba city. Also, Tsukuba was just 2 min train ride away. - Hotel Bestl... hva folk sier » and was great value for the quality. Rooms were pristinely kept and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was ideal (1 min walk from the train station)
