  The staff were incredible! Really friendly and extremely helpful in getting to the ski resort, getting cabs or transport information and everything else. They also helped organise the postal return of an item I left behind. Very nice and gave 110% despite our struggles with Japanese. The rooms were larger than Tokyo and Osaka and were very clean a... hva folk sier » nd welcoming. New towels/robes were delivered to the door when we left a do not enter sign. - The staff were extremely friendly, breakfast for 300yen per person is a bargain. We loved our room overlooking the Mt. Fuji, awesome stayed experience overall. 10 out of 10. Just perfect for us. Thank you.
