Absolutely beautiful area.Tre Esse has Assisi on the hill as backdrop--abour 4km away.It's a good escape from busy cities. It was a shame we could not appreciate the verandah (with a view) and chairs under olive trees! A special place! -

Second stay @ Il Roseto. Came back because it was so good the first
time. Massimo and family again great hosts. Il Roseto has great charm
and character, with a view of Assisi from the dining room that cannot be
matched. La Signora is sensational (93 yrs of age) and still in
everthing. Thoroughly recommend this Hotel to anyone going to Assisi and
is just 12 minutes walking distance away.

The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent. The hotel is centrally located and all the key parts of Assisi were within easy walking distance. -

Great staff. Second stay at the hotel in 3 years and it was still fantastic. Lots of space, big bed and a view to die for. Had a coffee machine in the room and big bathroom. Right in the center of the city. Stayed Rome the night before for same price and got bathroom outside room, and peeling wallpaper. This place is a gem.

The front desk staff were very helpful and the overall atmosphere in the public areas was relaxed and comfortable. The location right in the Centre of medieval Assisi is excellent for basing yourself in. The breakfast provides a big selection of options - we were a bit surprised that other reviewers rated this as poor! -

The photographs do not do the hotel justice. It is not only beautiful but the location is wonderful. The hotel personnel make you feel like family--they are very accommodating and extremely friendly. We had a room with 4 single beds. The room was lovely and roomy and much more attractive than the picture. The hotel was recommended by friends

The charm of the owners and the location of this hotel to the bus depot and the center of the city were just great. While this is not an upscale hotel, and everything about it is not perfect, I would not hesitate to stay again. The view from my room was just stunning.

Very good facilities and the best if you are driving it has a parking rigth in front of the Hotel. Satff very good and the restaurant food and service is superv. they provided a 10% discount to Hotel guests. - Charming place, rooms with a great view. Everything was lovely. Great location. Clean and spacious rooms. Highly recommend.
