This inn is a jewel. It is a third-generation hotel run by Stephano and
his family. His sister and mother run a restaurant in town with
authentic Italian cuisine. Breakfast at the inn consisted of meats,

This hotel could not be any closer to the local bus station which takes
you to the train and back for 1.5 euro each way. This is a 5 minute ride
at the most. Unfortunately, I had a sly fox taxi driver bring me to the
hotel and he charged me 15 euros. Initially he said 20 euros, but as I
had a fit, he reduced the price. I had asked him how much it would be
and he said he has a meter. . . Anyway, the lesson here is still persist
and ask how much again! So the hotel is actually in an excellent

The photographs do not do the hotel justice. It is not only beautiful but the location is wonderful. The hotel personnel make you feel like family--they are very accommodating and extremely friendly. We had a room with 4 single beds. The room was lovely and roomy and much more attractive than the picture. The hotel was recommended by friends

The charm of the owners and the location of this hotel to the bus depot and the center of the city were just great. While this is not an upscale hotel, and everything about it is not perfect, I would not hesitate to stay again. The view from my room was just stunning.

Georgio was very helpful on the best way to see Assisi.

The location is right in the heart of Assisi. This is an old building hence the room is not very big, however it still works well for us. The environment is very cozy. Breakfast is buffet style and the choice is good. Coffee is great. We liked the owner, he's very helpful and kind. Definitely going back if we visit Assisi again. -

Everything :d -it's a restaurant and has some rooms. Very good clean
spacious rooms. -The Air condition wont work if the windows are open.
The breakfast is good and you might ask for some cheese and ham if you
want. It's a 10 walk away from assisi, the people in the hotel will
show you a side road to reach assisi -Beatrice and some other guy that
works there knows some french and english

in the piazza commune so you're centrally located. It's clean,
friendly and very beautiful. The price was outstanding. You're crazy

coffee or tea whenever we wanted and extended that courtesy when we told
