  The location at the Düsseldorf Hafen is a perfect fit allowing to be far away from the hipe of the city i.e sleeping well whilst you can fetch a taxi and be with 10 minutes at the Kö for shopping - It was absolutely lovely and the staff were amazing.   Staffs are very friendly and helpful, it's not really close to center but it's really convenient to take the tram. We love the loction is because it's close to our client's company and it's a side street but this street must be one of the most beautiful side street in Dusseldorf! We love a lot when we stayed in this hotel. Next time we will - I am a big fan of family run properties due to the personalised level of service. This was no exception, with wonderful staff who spared no resource making me feel welcome. The villa is decorated so tastefully with antiques everywhere, and the Christmas decorations were the best! I highly recommend during a visit around Christmas for an authentic German experience. Breakfast is delicious and very high quality. Secure property that also takes pride in conserving energy. Lovely!
