This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and once is was first class. perfect location with a Christmas market outside the front door. very clean, excellent breakfast, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Daniel who sorted out a little problem with the room when we arrived. The only thing missing was coffee

very pleasant staff - friendly helpful and efficient. free wifi, nice, clean, tastefully decorated room, everything works properly - even lighting, i don't take this for granted as quite often you come across hotel rooms which are overly romantic and where you can't get a proper reading light or main lighting. great value for such a central location: 1 minute walk to Konigsallee.

The hotel is very tidy (you can tell by watching the hotel guest runnig around bare feet), stuff is more then friendly und breakfast ist just unbelievable. "Kiss the cook it says" in the restaurant. I say "kiss the whole staff!" i'll be back there - that's for sure.

Would definitely stay again. Picked up some of the cards at the front desk. Man working front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect. Would recommend to anyone. Don't be put off that it's 15 mins south of the train station - we were given free tram passes on arrival, the trams are 3 an hour, and they take 10 minutes to Konigsalee, or the Altstadt.

Hotel is budget-friendly and located in quite area, 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from city center. Hotel has free parking and wifi. Big loby and room area is huge with big luxury toilets and sofa bed. Room window is wide with nice view of the forest. Room facilities include almost everything. Close to airport, only 10 minutes and about 10-15 euros for a taxi.
Spotless clean rooms, comfortable, lovely furnishings, all maintained
very well. Wonderful service from attentive capable staff who solve any
problem you give them.
Fast front desk checking in and check out, couldn't have been better. They make a big effort.

Location! It's next to Hofgarten (nice park with playground for small children) which you walk through 5-10min to get to the edge of the city centre. From there it was very easy and quick to get to the different Christmas markets, shopping areas, restaurants etc.

Staff, room - The kindness of the friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. I found the Hotel quiet and restful, while being reasonably close to transport. I liked my stay there very much indeed.
