  This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and once is was first class. perfect location with a Christmas market outside the front door. very clean, excellent breakfast, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Daniel who sorted out a little problem with the room when we arrived. The only thing missing was coffee... hva folk sier » facilities in the room, but as we had stayed here before we knew this and took our own. we would recommend this hotel to anyone. - very pleasant staff - friendly helpful and efficient. free wifi, nice, clean, tastefully decorated room, everything works properly - even lighting, i don't take this for granted as quite often you come across hotel rooms which are overly romantic and where you can't get a proper reading light or main lighting. great value for such a central location: 1 minute walk to Konigsallee.

  We adored the Helvetia Suites. Our son was on an exchange to a school in Goch. We visited for the weekend and invited 2 of his friends to join us. We had one suite and the 3 boys had another on the same floor. It was absolutely perfect. They couldn't have been more helpful. Equally on leaving the three boys left th - I'm a frequent traveler to Dusseldorf and I discovered Helvetia Suites which is just my perfect place. New designed apartments, staff very nice and friendly, very close to city centre and shopping area, definitely better than any other hotel I've been in Dusseldorf

  The location at the Düsseldorf Hafen is a perfect fit allowing to be far away from the hipe of the city i.e sleeping well whilst you can fetch a taxi and be with 10 minutes at the Kö for shopping - It was absolutely lovely and the staff were amazing.
