Staff, room - The kindness of the friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. I found the Hotel quiet and restful, while being reasonably close to transport. I liked my stay there very much indeed.

Reception staff excellent, all three I spoke to very helpful. New ownerstook over on jan 1st. And are refurbishing starting with the receptionarea. It is a seven minute walk to main railway station and mainshopping area and river rhine are within walking distance. Hot and coldbuffet breakfast choice excellent. The Auszeit Hotel Dusseldorf, is one of Dusseldorfs best kept secrets! Afamily run hotel with a fresh contemporary feel throughout. Clean andcomfortable rooms, which are better than images on the website (rare inmy experience). Friendly and helpful staff, that went out of their wayto help. ... hva folk sier » stay here on my next visit to Dusseldorf! - I stayed in this hotel very often and enjoy it every time more and more. The hotel is very tidy (you can tell by watching the hotel guest runnig around bare feet), stuff is more then friendly und breakfast ist just unbelievable. "Kiss the cook it says" in the restaurant. I say "kiss the whole staff!" i'll be back there - that's for sure.
