  I liked the quiet, friendly and relaxed atmosphere in pleasant contrast to the rather hassly conditions in the town itself. All staff were professional and competent - and friendly. I was particularly touched to get a complimentary apple juice when for one day I was too unwell to go down for breakfast.   Is the most nice place i found in aswan, i went to aswan a lot time as i m italian and i' m living here, in this guest house you feel the nubian hospitality and the people are so kind and care about your staying. The food is great and they prepare What you Like... The guest house is Very clean so don t worry if the toilet is in common they kee - If you're after some tranquility mixed with some local ancient history then the Nubian house with it excellent hospitality and location is the place to stay. The bedrooms are huge and offers a spacious communal area where you can relax and watch tv or read. Located within 5 minutes walk is the ferry service taking you to the east bank where you can enjoy the Souqs for some shopping and good local foods in Aswan.   The staff was really kind and helpful every time I needed it. The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious. It was April but I did not feel like I needed the air conditioned even with the windows completely closed. The room has a view of the Nile (the hotel is in front of the feluccas stop point). The front desk provides you with all the information you ask them and there is no hassle or attempt to sell you any ser - Location and staff make this a great hotel. The rooms are very clean and nice as well, flat screen tv, but it's the view over the Nile that makes it a dream. The staff really went out of their way to make our stay such a pleasant experience. They arranged trips for us to Abu Simble and an overnight trip on a Felucca. We felt very safe and welcome and the hotel never let us down, on the contrary.

  Central near station. Felt safe on 2 min walk ex station at 12.30am,train 3hrs late. Only used to sleep 6hrs for plane to a.simbel. Sheets/bathroom old but clean, it is what it is..cheap hotel which is value. Brekky excellent. Staff helpful. Kept word to wakeup call for plane as arrived so late.
