I stay once a year there, when on Business in Beijing. The staff is very helpful and is happy to take care of many issues, which would cost you a lot of time doing yourself, such as printing business cards etc. The rooms are great, with all facilities you want, nice coffee, great music system, free mini-bar.   I love the design and style of the Crowne Plaza. Very comfortable beds, pillows and bed linen. The staff are excellent right across the board and all speak English. They are so helpful.   The room was very comfortable; we very much enjoyed the luxury after a long backpacking trip. The spa (swimming pool, sauna) is included in the room rate and there is no additional charge.
