I stay once a year there, when on Business in Beijing.   I love the design and style of the Crowne Plaza. Very comfortable beds, pillows and bed linen. The staff are excellent right across the board and all speak English. They are so helpful.   The room was very comfortable; we very much enjoyed the luxury after a long backpacking trip. The spa (swimming pool, sauna) is included in the room rate and there is no additional charge.
