The location was perfect for our needs. On check-in/check-out I was attended by Luis who was so friendly and welcoming and from that experience the rest of our stay was superb. The Deluxe Studio was fantastic - so much room for 2 adults/2 kids. We had a great meal at the pub next door and plenty of other food options close by. The light breakfast was especially great value. Enjoyed a beautiful walk through Botanic Gardens and along Farm cove to the Opera House/Circular Quay. Price was value for. alle vurderinger
Everything is in the reach of a 20-min walk. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful and gave us thorough instructions of where to go, how to go, where to eat and shop and so on. The apartment itself was very comfy and clean, the building has a heating pool and even a sauna, which we used several times. The area seemed safe, there are lots of eating places and shops nearby. All in all, we were very pleased with our choice.
The room was so much better than expected. We have booked other hotels on-line and have been disappointed when we arrived but this hotel was beautiful. All staff, especially Asif, were excellent. Friendly polite and very helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and I wouldn't hesitate to book with you again and to recommend you to others.
We love the apartment, its clean, the front line manager was super friendly and easy going, the security of the apartment was excellent. We felt safe. The facilities in the apartment was exceptional good and I am surprised to receive the room in such a good condition. Overall, well done to the management of the apartment.
I actually liked not staying right in the CBD for a change. It was a lovely part of inner Sydney close to the centre which was a lovely walk and easy bus trip which the kids loved. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
We had a deluxe room and it was very spacious with a great view of the city. Having a kitchen, washing machine and dryer is most useful. Woolloomooloo is a great area to stay. We will stay at the Woolloomooloo Apartment Hotel again when visiting Sydney.

We booked 2 deluxe studio apartments and they were both fabulous! We had a great time and will definately be choosing Wooloomooloo waters for all of our future city trips!!.
loved it, loved it, loved it! Ideally located to get around Sydney centre, very friendly staff who were happy to help and offer advice on places to go. Also allowed us to check in early and gave us free breakfast when we arrived.

All tourist attractions were very accessible from the location of the apartment.
The open space and design of the self contained apartment made it very liveable for guests.
Eleni at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming, she was a great introduction. The size of the room was great, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I also enjoyed a swim in the pool and a sauna. Parking.
Our room was spacious, clean, modern, and well-appointed. We had everything we needed. The manager, Asif, was friendly and knowledgable, most helpful in answering all our questions and giving us recommendations.
Good sized apartments and great kitchen. Handy to the city and all attractions. Lovely walk to city with loads of different ways to go. Light breakfast included was just awesome.

Location - short cab ride from the City/Darling Harbour, walking distance from Kings Cross and restaurants/pubs. Rooms were excellent in size and standard. Price fantastic. Protected parking.

We didn't like the area particularly have to walk through the parameter of the King Cross. Roads were quiet and eerie at times.
I loved it all.
I found the bed uncomfortable because I could feel the springs. Other family members in the room next door had a really comfy bed that look almost new. Our other family members also had a balcony which we didn't and when we asked if it was possible to have a room with a balcony too we were told not, that we had to share their balcony! The adjoining room to them on the other side to us was unoccupied.

There was a sickly sweet smell when we came into our room. We asked a friendly cleaner who said it was air fresher that had been sprayed on the carpet. Luckily we could open the windows and the smell eventually went away. Also the coffee machine wasn't working at breakfast.

no hanger space for little laundry, only 1 bus route pass to apartment area so a little bit difficult to travel with 3 children (taxi has to take the van one) after 7 pm, additional cost for parking space.
It was a distance from the city a good 30 minute walk.Though there was shops locally .There was a lot of road noise in our room which didn't help.
Pool was closed for maintenance over the three days we were at hotel.
We weren't allowed to pay bill in cash (and credit card attracted a surcharge).
No decent coffee for breakfast.

The transport system namely the Bus service found the drivers to be quite rude & very unhelpful & a rip off to tourists, the traffic in and around sydney is a nightmare.
Our 10 year old daughter got a middle ear infection, possibly after swimming in the heated pool (the doctor thought so).

Pool a little hot for summer, but I guess that's due to the spa connected. Still lots of fun for the kids though.

Plenty of taxis at the front door and some buses, but public transport isn't great in this area.

No furniture on balcony and all the living space open plan - little privacy. No outside space to utilise in good weather.
Air con was not working properly it was sooooo hot in the rooms and then when we returned late at night it was freezing in there!.
