  Wonderful huge room with separate walk in wardrobe/bathroom with huge two person glam bath. Separate seating area with gas/log fire and the look of a library. Very comfortable bed, pillows etc. - The reception staff were accomodating and found us a room with an opening balcony door, it was very comfortable and lovely and as a result we had a very... hva folk sier » enjoyable stay in Melbourne.

  As I am currently in a wheelchair and had noted this in the instructions - I was delighted that they put me in a King room with a disabled friendly bathroom. This made a huge difference to the trip as everything was made so much easier. The gym facilities for my husband were fantastic - he really enjoyed that. I liked the hotel's commitment to the environm - Everything, it was the perfect night after our wedding, the room was amazing and the views were spectacular. The staff were so friendly and happy to assist with everything and anything. The breakfast the next morning was beautiful. I will never stay in any other hotel again other than the Grand Hyatt...
