She apologised that the new apartment wasn't as good (actually it was better) she was friendly and welcoming. She gave great advice if where to eat in town.   A great place to stay. We were in Melbourne for the Wagner Ring Cycle. The location could not have been better nor the apartment more comfortable. - We loved how central we were and could walk both into the city or to Chapple Street for shopping and food.
