I had a back injury this trip and when I checked in David on reception was at my room shortly after me with a bucket of ice for my back & would not accept a tip but wished me well in my recovery. These acts of kindness & excellent customer service are definitely remembered & appreciated.

Our room had been recently renovated, meaning it was clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. We would stay there again as it was good value for money.
