  There was a confusion regarding a spa room and we were upgraded with no problems as soon as we discovered mistake. We also had another issue which the owner/manager sorted out straight away with not a problem. We were very impressed. Accomodation was comfortable. Pengiun's were so cute. - Good facilities/environment; resort room is nice, spacious... hva folk sier » & comfortable. Most spectacular is the penguin night-view, for which the resort staff is very kind to light up the penguin walking path so can have a fairly close view of penguin go-home scene. Highly recommended.

  We stayed here for one night during a 7 night self-drive through Tassie. Wow! We were in unit 4 Sassafras and the view was amazing. The minute you open the door you are hit with a view out over Bruney Island. On a clear day, which we were fortunate enough to have, you can see for miles.   Excellent central location, comfortable rooms, with a window that could be opened. Beds were comfortable and clean, with no cigarette smells. Option for private parking is very good.
