  The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Didn't hear any external noise from our room. - the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money.   Byron Cove Beach house was welcoming and small. Provided a quiet oasis with extremely clean and well equipped rooms. Easy walk to the beach. The walk to the town was a bit long, but easily done if you're wearing comfortable shoes. Breakfast each morning was lovely. The bed was fairly firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels.The concierges were extremely helpful too.When the sign to service the room is placed on the door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately!   When we requested a different room, the receptionist handled it in a friendly, efficient manner. Very impressed in general with the staff. Facitiliies were very clean & modern. The staff very friendly and helpfull. The restaurant was good and an easy drive into the Motel reception area.

Excellent location, very quick walk to Town Hall and Museum (no lifts) stops. The cot the hotel provided for our 14 mo son was fine. He slept in it without complaint. Complementary internet was very good. 1GB/day and excellen - The views were great and accommodated the 5 of us very well. The shops, the Rocks and Darling Harbour were literally on the door stop. Staff were friendly and very helpful - I had accidentally left a make up bag behind and called up 10 days later to see if I had left it behind. It was found in housekeeping and promptly mailed back to me. I would recommend the Meriton on Pitt street to everyone, my friends and I are already planning our next girls trip and happy to have our accommodation sorted!

  The facilities in the room operated really good. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The staff I had contact with were all pleasant and helpful.   The very responsive nature of the staff. The purpose of our stay was my partner was having surgery at St Vincent's and we needed somewhere closeby - we'd stayed there before (2008 & 2009). The bed was a little hard but housekeeping changed the mattress!! We needed a late check out on day of departure and this was handled expeditiously. Love the new renovations. - We were impressed with the staff and also by giving directions to public transport and recommendations for restaurants and sight-seeing.
