  The sucurity was of high standard. Staff were welcoming and prompt. Easy to find and great access from street. Very clean and well equipped mini bar. Love the freedom of having the kitchenette in the room. Love the fact I don't have to step over and into a bath/spa to have a shower! I liked the newspaper, definitely a great extra. Didn't hear any external noise from our room. - the friendly and professional staff; the size of the studio apartment was surprisingly very large and very comfortable; the restaurant in the hotel and the cafe next door were excellent and value for money. Room was clean; bed was comfortable; shower was excellent and the radio worked! A working radio is a rarity among hotels these days

  Byron Cove Beach house was welcoming and small. Provided a quiet oasis with extremely clean and well equipped rooms. Easy walk to the beach. The walk to the town was a bit long, but easily done if you're wearing comfortable shoes. Breakfast each morning was lovely. The concierge staff & in particular Troy gave invaluable advice on how to get the most out of your trip to Sydney. The hotel had been recommended to us & it surpassed all expectations. - The hotel design is unique, the situation to shops, retaurants, Darling Harbour, OperaHouse,buses, trains etc. is convenient. The bed was fairly firm, certainly better than 99% of other hotels.The concierges were extremely helpful too.When the sign to service the room is placed on the door, one's room is cleaned etc almost immediately! A very pleasant stay!10 Out of 10!

  When we requested a different room, the receptionist handled it in a friendly, efficient manner. Very impressed in general with the staff. Although young, they displayed confidence and a thorough knowledge of their roles. Spa options were very good. - Rooms were clean and comfortable, location was great and spa and pool area were great!

  This was one of the best hotels we stayed in on our trip. Great value for money. Lovely facilities and superb comfort. The rooms and the complex are very clean and tidy. Buckets of windscreen wash dotted around were a lovely touch. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. It was very nice food, steak cooked as requested. The pork belly was lovely and vegetables were perfect as well. The bed was large and comfortable and all amenities were provided. - The rooms were quite and you could not hear your neighbours TV or upstairs visitors or traffic. Facitiliies were very clean & modern. The staff very friendly and helpfull. The restaurant was good and an easy drive into the Motel reception area.

  The very responsive nature of the staff. The purpose of our stay was my partner was having surgery at St Vincent's and we needed somewhere closeby - we'd stayed there before (2008 & 2009). The bed was a little hard but housekeeping changed the mattress!! We needed a late check out on day of departure and this was handled expeditiously. Love the new renovations. - We were impressed with the staff and also by giving directions to public transport and recommendations for restaurants and sight-seeing.
