  The room had 12 power outlets! 12! and 4 of them were either side of the bed. The Air con was new and worked brilliantly. The room was ver spacious which was great when it is raining and you have kids. There are deer which were just a lovely touch for the kids. There is a heated pool and spa which were very well kept.   The location was perfect for our needs. On check-in/check-out I was attended by Luis who was so friendly and welcoming and from that experience the rest of our stay was superb. The Deluxe Studio was fantastic - so much room for 2 adults/2 kids. We had a great meal at the pub next door and plenty of other food options close by. The light breakfast ... hva folk sier » was especially great value. Enjoyed a beautiful walk through Botanic Gardens and along Farm cove to the Opera House/Circular Quay. Price was value for - Everything is in the reach of a 20-min walk. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful and gave us thorough instructions of where to go, how to go, where to eat and shop and so on. The apartment itself was very comfy and clean, the building has a heating pool and even a sauna, which we used several times. The area seemed safe, there are lots of eating places and shops nearby. All in all, we were very pleased with our choice.

We were there after some pretty awful weather, yet the grounds were still very pretty. We had to adjust booking dates due to local flooding & the staff couldn't... hva folk sier » be more helpful. - We were only passing through en route to the Gold Coast but we were very impressed with the standard of the accommodation and would definitely consider booking an extended stay at the resort for a future long weekend or family holiday at Coffs Harbour.
