The breakfasts were very impressive with a great choice of fresh, delicious food and coffee made to order. The fresh fruit platter was an unexpected, very appreciated highlight on arrival. The room was clean ,comfortable and had little extras that made you feel at home.I had a mini box of chocolates and a welcome note waiting in my room as well as my luggage that they had kept secure for me for a week I was traveling to Caines . I am very impressed by the attitude and immediate response of staff on reception following the disturbance during early hours on Monday 14th November by workmen cleaning a grease trap. I am very grateful for their acknowledgment and appreciation of the inconvenience.

I liked the fact that they had a system in place that allowed guests to use the same towels if they wanted to in order to save water which is great. New shower excellent loved - The locations was handy for the three locations we had to visit. the Reception staff were efficient, and friendly. The room we were eventually given was clean, comfortable and quiet. It appears to have been recently renovated. The Hotel is located close to many attractions and restaurants. It appears that some rooms are better than others and that only some are as described in the Hotel's description. The buffet breakfast was pleasant and adequate but not sumptuous as described.

  The hotel suited our requirements perfectly. The location was good, the staff were exceptionally helpful. The beds were so comfortable.
