  service quality of the staff - The room, Restaurants and the Lyric show were all excellent and the proximity to Darling Harbour and various attractions made it unnecessary to go anywhere else. We really enjoyed our break and will do it again. We had made a number of costumes for the Buddy Show and had come down for the opening night.

All the detail in the room makes a big difference between the five star hotels in the world and this room had a lot of detail, very comfortable bed, TV in the bath, ambient lighting that changed colour around the bed, very comprehensive room service menu, lovely selection of teas, sink next to the tea... hva folk sier » /coffee making facilities. - loved the location, the self contained rooms were spotless and very spacious. I have stayed there three times this year and plan to stay there again in the New Year and have recommended to my friends travelling with me in March. Highly recommend that its the best place to stay while in Sydney!!

  My favourite hostel where I always stay in Sydney, probably stayed there for 2 months in total. Location is perfect, staff is friendly, rooms are good and clean in general. When we came back to collect our bags I asked if there was anywhere I could get changed (into travelling clothes). I was given a pass to the inhouse gym and told I could also use the shower. This was a fantastic service and I really appreciated being able to do this before a 24 hour flight home!
