  We loved our time at the Grand Mercure. Staff are friendly and very down to earth. The facilities are great we spent more time in the pool then we did at the beach. The location is awesome you can smell the beach and plenty of restaurants to go to. I would rate this place very highly. - The 2 bdrm apt was very well appointed & in a great loca... hva folk sier » tion for the beach & restaurants, an easy walk. It was very clean/comfy & homey feeling. The 2 baths were nice to have and they were a good size, as we were with another couple.

  The service from the front desk management was faultless and we will definetly staying there again. we are also in many groups so will be organising many more trips to that resort 5 star all the way - Great location, comfortable, clean, friendly and helpful managers.   The manager, Peter, couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating if he tried. I emailed in advance as we wanted 2x double beds (myself, my partner and my parents) and as he actually upgraded us for free to a stunning 3 bed apartment - even taking all our luggage up there for us and giving us tea/ coffee/ breakfast packs. After 4 days on Fr... hva folk sier » aser Island we were desperate for good seafood and he recommended and booked us into a superb local restaurant where we had a really fantastic family - Everything! It was superb! Views, location close to all you need! Would not hesitate to stay again and have already told all our friends about it:-) Oh and the pool was AWESOME!
