Lovely stay from the moment we were greeted (we were an hour late after they usually close reception) and shown a map of nearby spots to help with our stay (ie supermarket, restaurants) to the quick check out.

We had a wonderful stay at Arlia Sands in November 2013, the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms are beautiful, extremely clean and spacious with great facilities. Location is perfect too. We are returning to Australia next year and plan to book here again while travelling. Thank you again for an extremely enjoyable stay.

We loved our time at the Grand Mercure. Staff are friendly and very down to earth. The facilities are great we spent more time in the pool then we did at the beach. The location is awesome you can smell the beach and plenty of restaurants to go to. I would rate this place very highly. -

Position is great, overlooking the Marina. Two minute walk to the Yacht Club for meals, entertainment and pokies. Other restaurants available as well. One bedroom spa apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Balcony is a good size. All in all really liked our stay and will return. Secure parking is a bonus. -

Michelle the owner is amazing! She made us feel so welcome and couldn't have done more to accommodate us. She helped us book excursions and was full of local knowledge. The rooms are beautiful and you can tell there is a lot of personal touches with the lovely wooden furniture. The beds are the most comfortable we have ever stayed in and we got a great nights sleep. The hotel was right across front eh each with excellent views. The room was large and well equipped. Parking was secure and access to the room was easy with the elevator from the basement. -
I found the staff very helpful and Lisa was very efficient, was pleased with the unit itself and the view of the bay was excellent, loved having two tv's.

We loved the whole apartment but the best part was the spa and access to the roof via our private stairs.
The view was great.
The location was wonderful, we walked across to the shops and restaurants at the Marina many times where the food was great too. -
