Having heard some negative reports about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find it particularly good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room quiet, comfortable, and relaxing after a long flight. Both the evening bar meal and the buffet breakfast were very good and reasonably priced. I would consider using this hotel again, when travelling through, or to, Sydney.

The staff are always so helpful and friendly when I stay at Novotel Brighton. In particular Mitchell the assistant mgr this stay. I had a problem with a double booking and he sorted it really easily!
I also love the gym facilities. I travel a bit for work and it's great I get to have such great fitness options.

Waterloo is an up & coming area of Sydney. That being said, on our 1st taxi ride from downtown area, we were a bit nervous about the area. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the neighborhood was an area which was in the process of being upgraded and our immediate area was all done and people living all around the hotel area. The one bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, well appointed and had a balcony. It was cleaned and serviced every day. Location was very convenient to CBD, transport and shopping. The staff was lovely, very polite and attentive and I thoroughly reccommend Oaks. Central Station is very near which means one can hear the trains sounding

Good location if you're happy to walk a little bit or take public transport. Welcoming feel and a more social environment, especially in comparison to hotels. Clean, well decorated with friendly, professional, efficient staff. Really enjoyed staying in a less commercial facility in the city.

I had read the reviews after I had made my booking. I probably would never had booked after reading shoddy reviews.
Well, was I pleasantly suprised!
I stayed with my 15 year old daughter, and were on the 12th floor.
This place ticks all the boxes.
All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hair drier wasn't working in my room - house keeping replaced it straight away.

Coogee has great access to cafes and casual eating outlets. Beach was just a wander down through these cafes to the beach. The whole areas atmosphere was very casual and beachie' We'd definitely stay at Coogee and Adina Apartments again and have already recommended Adina to intended Sydney visitors going to Sydney in the next few months

The view from our room 4107 was absolutely fantastic! they had run out of rollaway beds ,but made up a bed for our daughter in the lounge which was just perfect for her to stay with us for a couple of nights.We loved your apples and the friendliness of all your staff even the cleaning ladies.
