  Really helpful and friendly people. did all they could to help us enjoy our stay. The breakfast was lovely and so were the rooms. They picked us up from the railway station at a most ungodly hour and did all they could to get us into our rooms as quickly as possible. The location in the old quarter was excellent, and we really appreciated the Xmas... wat mensen zeggen » party they put on for us on Xmas eve! - Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They all spoke very good English and could answer any of your questions. They actually cared about making us happy and wanted to make sure that we would return in the future. Their customer service was superb. Location was right in the heart of the old city. Good for shopping, eating and tours.

  Lovely little Hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter There is no doubt that Hanoi Grand Hotel staff are amongst the most professional, hospitable and helpful of any hotel in Viet Nam. Our room was nicely furnished, quiet, and extremely clean and well-presented. The bathroom, though small, was spotless. Continental breakfast was delicious, and the Reception staff were truly wonderful. At all times, - The standard of the accommodation was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Our deluxe room was perfect complete with private computer. The hotel is tucked away in the old quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake is just a ten minute walk away. We stayed 3 nights but spent one night on a cruise in Halong Bay. I would like to thank Booking .com and the reservation officer Ms Rose Nguyen who were tremendous help when booking the holiday, upgrading our rooms, booking the cruise and arranging for all transf

  The room was very spacious and comfortable including the bathroom and the staff were very friendly and tried to answer any questions. The hotel was also veery clean. - We stayed here 3 times and have dome a previous review. No complaints,m would definitely recommend it
