young woman I have ever met. We were upgraded to 2 family rooms with
balconey's for our first night here. We had just arrived in the old
quarter of Hanoi and were pretty shell shocked. Very, very busy city in

further away from the crowdiness of the Hanoi city centre and it is much

We stayed here one night before going to Halong bay. Cheap room got it on a deal and luckily got an upgrade when we got there. Told reception we would come back after the tour but the room was taken as the occupants had some trouble. Mr Tony sorted us out with alternative accommodation at a more expensive sister hotel and paid for our taxi for the same deal price. Amazing! The room is so clean and comfortable, breakfast is so good and teasty. But I think I like the staffs the most as they dis a great job to pleased me during my stay.
Since I checked in they were so helpful to carry my luggages and show me all needed information for my stay. Mss.Anne was so professional and always happy to provide me the good hints for my holiday.
I will come back here for sure to stay and hang out with them.

For the money (under $20 for two), the Hanoi Asia Star is a phenomenal
value. The staff is enthusiastically inefficient. Every day the
breakfast set was great.The rooms are spacious and definitely worth the
money. So. If trying to save 5+ dollars this place is perfect;
otherwise there are some other nice options in this eminently
affordable and attractive city.Definately recommmended this Hotel.would

Danny and his team were phenomenal! Nothing was too much trouble and
they made everyone feel so welcome! Our room was enormous (room 141)
with two large double beds and lots of floor space. Danny also
organised, at very short notice, for us to travel down to Danang, then
arranged a driver and guide to meet us to take us to Hoi An and Hue. We
were greeted getting off the train and everything he'd booked for
us was superb. I cannot rate this hotel (and the team running it)
highly enough.

The staff was outstanding. We arrived at 445 am and showed up to the hotel knowing our room wouldnt be ready. They offered us tea/coffee and a place to freshen up in the lobby/restaurant and were extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions and activities we wanted to do. Very friendly and accomodating to travelers. Since I do alot of business travel, this hotel definitely does an outstanding job working with its guests to make a great stay.
