  Really helpful and friendly people. did all they could to help us enjoy our stay. The breakfast was lovely and so were the rooms. They picked us up from the railway station at a most ungodly hour and did all they could to get us into our rooms as quickly as possible. The location in the old quarter was excellent, and we really appreciated the Xmas... wat mensen zeggen » party they put on for us on Xmas eve! - Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They all spoke very good English and could answer any of your questions. They actually cared about making us happy and wanted to make sure that we would return in the future. Their customer service was superb. Location was right in the heart of the old city. Good for shopping, eating and tours.

  Lovely little Hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter There is no doubt that Hanoi Grand Hotel staff are amongst the most professional, hospitable and helpful of any hotel in Viet Nam. Our room was nicely furnished, quiet, and extremely clean and well-presented. The bathroom, though small, was spotless. Continental breakfast was delicious, and the Reception staff were truly wonderful. At all times, - The standard of the accommodation was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Our deluxe room was perfect complete with private computer. The hotel is tucked away in the old quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake is just a ten minute walk away. We stayed 3 nights but spent one night on a cruise in Halong Bay. I would like to thank Booking .com and the reservation officer Ms Rose Nguyen who were tremendous help when booking the holiday, upgrading our rooms, booking the cruise and arranging for all transf

  Everything about this hotel is fantastic! It has character, comfort, staff, location and value for money all working in its favour!   Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies. Nice café right in front of the hotel with excellent breakfast and freshly made juices of all kinds - The apartment is big, clean and very good equipped. The staff is friendly.

  We recently stayed at the Hanoi Blue Sky Hotel and it was awesome! This was our first stop in Vietnam and it was definitely the best service we have encountered in SE Asia (have already been to Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia). We were given a warm welcome when we arrived late at night by the lovely man on the night shift, and offered tea and coffee.... wat mensen zeggen » We were really tired after traveling all day and this was so nice. We only have a short time in Vietnam (had to make it to Halong Bay the next day an - Great location in the heart of old Hanoi. Moon and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and gave us lots of advice on what to see, where to eat and how best to utilize our time in Hanoi. A mix up occurred with our booking and the staff were very gracious and easy to talk to when sorting it all out.   I stayed in an 8 bed dorm in the Titanic Hostel. It was clean and comfortable. There was an ensuite shower room adjoining the room and extra shower/toilets on other floors. There was very large storage lockers within the room, Free tea and coffee available. Bread, butter, fruit and instant noodles for breakfast are included in the bed price. It has a friendly atmosphere and you are guar - I cannot say enough good things about this Titanic hostel! This is without a doubt one of the best hostel I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world, and the staff is absolutely exceptional in every way. If you need any advice, need a new friend, or need to find a bar that's open after hours, they can help you out with whatever you need! The location is right next to the lake, walking distance to everything, and some of the dorms even have lovely little balconies overlooking the main street. T

  I was welcomed with my own personal sign which was a nice touch. The manager Tony was extremely helpful and would do anything to make my stay better. There wasn't a single room available when I arrived so he gave me a double at no extra charge.
