  Zeer ruime en nette kamers. Wij hadden een suite die bestond uit eenzitgedeelte met tv een gang naar het slaapgedeelte waar ook een tvstond. De kamers waren zeer schoon. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk enbehulpzaam. Er is een goede busverbinding met Manhattan (15 minuten ende bus stopt voor de deur van hotel).   We stayed at Four Points for 4 nights, once we landed in Newark Airport we caught the bus to Port Authority Bus Terminal (Newark Airport Express Bus), the price was $28 each return, or $16 each way. The Four Points hotel is located right next to the bus station (the bus stops on 42nd St – but at the back of the bus station is 40th St where the hot... wat mensen zeggen » el is), the bus pickup point back to the airport is on 41st St. Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in, but they let us leave all our cases and bags - The staff was amazing especially Kathia and Mohammed. Kathia was the young lady that checked us in and she was very helpful as well as kind and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it up for us.

  The room was very clean and comfortable, staff is helpful, bus or minibus about 5 short blocks away going to New York,will leave on 42nd st, time square, definitely cheaper than staying in New York. - I read a lot of bad reviews but the staff was good with helping us if we need to go places and it was very clean

  check in was great, we had the Manager there personally at the desk ensuring that all guest needs were taking care of. we also saw him throughout the stay always checking up on guest to ensure that all was going well. The bus stop was in front of the hotel and it was easy to drive by bus to the centre of New York City. We had a nice room with kitchen and airconditioning. Children liked about the pool.   Excellent location,close to all major attractions in New York in fact within walking distances.Clean rooms and clean beds with neat linens.In fact when I wanted to change the room allotted to me which did not have a locker to one which had,they did it immediately. Throughout the day free coffee and tea is available in the lobby. The fitness is relatively small but good, with new equipment (2 tredmills, 1 cross trainer, a bike and some weights). Although our room was almost next to the elevator, it didn't bother us. There are only 6 rooms per floor, which limits the traffic.
