  The staff were observant and ready to meet the needs of their customers. Example: The coffee pot was running low toward the end of the breakfast time, the staff immediately made another pot of coffee for those of us running late. I LOVED THE FURNITURE IN OUR ROOM..BIG POST BED, AND KITCHEN. - Me and my husband loved it we got to spend a relaxing weekend away got in the hot tub and pool the first night and went to Galveston all day Saturday you get so much the rooms are beautiful comes with a couch stove sink we had a kingsize bed the ceiling above the bed was painted blue like the sky and had white clouds beautiful would love to stay there again thank you so much crystal suites your our favorite place to stay!!!!!!

  I did like how everything was well organized. The bed was nice and neat and had enough pillows with nice warming blankets and sheets. The bathroom was also well cleaned. I liked that there was extra cups and other stuff in case for drinks or food. - Overall: easy in and easy out. Our internet booking was easy and great price.

  I like the fact that it was central to the places we frequented while in the area.
