  Wow the staff was so pleasant. The young lady and man on the day shift recently were so accommodating and interested in making our stay all come together. They know who they are, thanks. The walk up to the shuttle for Universal is five minutes walk away. Quick and easy. We walked back to the hotel its that close and downhill. The Happy Hour offer ... wat mensen zeggen » of 2 free drinks was welcomed after a long day hiking around Universal Studio'S. The bedding was so amazingly soft, now I have to go looking for sheet - The room was like a studio apartment, not what we were expecting at all. The bathroom was huge and we especially liked the waterfall shower. The staff were friendly and the parking was undercover and conveniently located. Cross proximity to Universal Studios which was the sole purpose for our stay.
