  Atmosphere, staff, proximity to BushKill Falls, Tammany Mountain, etc. Misc short ( 4 hour guided outings like fishing, hiking etc. Food on veranda was nice also. SPA. - Our room was very comfortable. The food was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you. We will return. Oh we recommend the trolley tour run from the water gap.

  the village condo was good - we were able to eat meals home when we wanted - we had a good amount of room and we were very comfortable - plenty of room for a family of 4. Bedrooms upstairs, kids had their own room and beds.

  The staff was extremely helpful. The room I was originally supposed to stay in was not ready and they automatically upgraded us to a better room extremely quickly, neither was inexpensive but I did appreciate it. Everything is only a phone call away. - wonderful food and service. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway for two. - Setting, room, the palace, people, amenities available. Haunted house and cast were very good. Food and the food service team were very good. Dinner did take a little long to be served though.

  Was traveling through to Upstate ny and stopped at Pocono Inn. At first I was concerned that if I arrived very late (11:30 pm) that I would lose my room. Didn't happen. Also, I left the hotel before 7am and there was no one at the front desk to check out.
