  It was next to a prometic center for an exam I had to take. So it was very convenient, on the morning of the exam, not to worry about traffic and just take some few steps between the hotel and the exam facility. To get to the O'hare airport is just 15' with the free shuttle available. - Room was very comfortable, the buffet breakfast was amazing ... wat mensen zeggen » and the location of the hotel right near the subway which went straight into the city was great. We loved our stay in Chicago. The free shuttle to the airport was very convenient and reliable.

  The location is on the newly updated Rosemont strip. I did not rent a car and was able to get to the Entertainment district just 1 mile up the road. Safe for pedestrians to walk with sidewalks and police crossing. Music, restaurants, bars, movie theater, mall with food court all within 1 mile. Clean and safe location. Clean pool area for the family - People was friendly and we were hungry and gave us a number to call for food which was delicious. It was late at night so this place stays open until 4:00 a.m. so it was perfect. The hotel was nice and clean. The room was nice also. We only stay for the night but it was pleasant and we slept comfortable.

  The room was very large and the seating area was fantastic for having a space in which you could eat or talk and not be sitting on the beds. The breakfast the next morning had a great selection for all appetites and several different 'stations' to avoid one area getting too busy. - Easy access to freeway 90. The buffet breakfast was ok. (Read negative first) However, the night desk manager helped us over to the Embassy Suites we're we were comped the night's stay as well as received free breakfast the next morning for our inconvenience. Plus, we had a free shuttle to the airport as well. Another perk, restaurants on site. However, we didn't leave our room. Room service was superb!   The cleaning staff were so nice and polite. much nicer then the front desk. My room was clean and warm. My kids had fun in your swimming pool. - The beds were comfortable. The room seemed clean, but in the morning my daughter had bites of some kind all over her neck. No one else did though. The pool was warm.

  It had a complimentary shuttle service to the Chicago airport. They picked me up within 5 minutes of being called that I have arrived. The next morning, I waited just a few minutes before the shuttle went back to the airport to deliver me and three other hotel guests to our departure terminals. - nice mattress
