Location, location, location. Breakfast included was a very nice bonus. Check in staff very friendly and even asked what floor I would prefer( I liked the option). It was a warm day and they had iced bottles of water by the door. Option to park for free in the garage near by, but valet was wonderful as you do have to roll your bags down a busy street.

The room was very clean and comfortable. You could tell they really take cleanliness seriously-which is a good thing. The flat screen tv had all kinds of free cable channels to choose from which was great and the girl at the front desk couldn't have been any nicer! Everything about the Fairmont was impressive. Loved the décor, all staff members were professional, friendly, and eager to help. This was our first stay at your beautiful hotel. I liked that our room was just across the pool so the kids just went through the patio. I also liked the location where the light railway is also just across the hotel. I used it to go direct to the convention center while my family was enjoying the pool. Liked the breakfast too. -
