  close to union square - The staff was excellent, very friendly, and the parking was affordable. Clean room with a minibar. A great choice for a cheap hotel in San Francisco if you're not expecting any luxury amenities...just a good, clean, basic hotel room! Decent neighborhood too :)

  Zeer vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer, prima locatie. - The room was well kept and I was on the Eddy side but on the 4th floor as long as the window is shut it was quiet. Free wireless and the morning paper were a pleasant suprise. - Nice, quiet, clean and good location

  The staff were so friendly and welcoming and all, especially the concierge Ray, went out of their way to help. We felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated the insider tips on using a Munipass or finding a good place to eat. The hotel was great for a peaceful night's sleep without traffic noise and within walking distance of Crissy Fields and sunse... wat mensen zeggen » t at the Golden Gate Bridge. Excellent public transport to Fisherman's Wharf or city centre. It was also great value for money. - The staff were excellent: friendly and helpful and were able to give us great tips. The cookies were a huge hit with the children and the access to hot tea ( something not so common in USA) was wonderful! The hotel was quiet and although the eating area for breakfast is small, there was never a problem finding somewhere to sit and eat. Having parking was also excellent.

  This was my first trip to sf taking my 13 year old granddaughter. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions, restaurants and ways to travel around the city. The breakfast was simple but all that was needed to start our day plus sitting outside in the courtyard was delightful. The rooms were bright and very clean. No coffee maker or r... wat mensen zeggen » efrigerator but we didn't need them as the coffee in the lobby was excellent. The free parking was a value not found in other hotels. The car stayed p - Nice, clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The heated pool. Big rooms and a great American breakfast that was included in the price. The hotel is in the neighbourhood Marina, which has great restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. It is also well-connected with buses nearby to downtown and to the Golden Gate bridge.

  Good and a clean place for the money. The staff were courteous and it is a simple and an inexpensive place to stay if you want something on a low budget. Walking distance to movies, and great ethnic asian cuisine. - I liked that is was pet friendly at no extra charge. Once we got the handicapped room, it was perfect. The beds were comfortable.
