The two desks clerks were extremely friendly. Angela only started 2 weeks ago and she handled some stressful mornings very calmly. Rooms were very nice and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely continue to stay there when we go to San Francisco. This hotel has been the place we stay at for the past 3 years and only continues to get better.

The accommodations were family friendly and very close to San Francisco museums and sites. The staff were amazing. For example, I offered the housekeeper a tip to care for our room the next day, and she told me she wouldn't be on staff the next day and returned the tip! That kind of honesty is remarkable. Suite layout with kitchenette good size for family of four. Relative price was reasonable. Complimentary laundry was nice surprise and Very much appreciated. The staff at front desk were great! Friendly and helpful.
My room- a suite - was lovely. Comfortable, practical, in good decorative order.
It was great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Room facilities were very good. Shower was powerful.
Breakfast (included in price) was good.

The staff was very helpful. We were able to leave our car at the hotel for a very reasonable price, and were shuttled to the airport directly to our airline, with plenty of time to check in for our flight. The person at the front desk recommend a great Thai restaurant for dinner.

Great place for a overnight on a SFO Getaway weekend. Clean redone rooms, comfy bed, off street parking. Good diner close. Hop the 280 and you are gone in the morning. Cant beat the price this close to SFO.
