  Frank at the front desk was probably one of the best people I have ever encountered in his position. All staff went out of their way to be friendly - Front desk people were very helpful and accommidating. They got us a room with a balcony and a great view. Made the whole stay much more enjoyable.

  I read an awful lot of very bad reviews so, I did not expect much as I had to jut overnight in Lacrosse, wi. Regardless. My first impression was of a quiet clean and pleasant motor-Inn. I checked in and went to a very clean modern and comfortable room. The small towels fashioned into small animals were a nice touch. More than I would have rece - Price, location to the wedding reception we were in town for. The breakfast is great. Staff was very nice and apologetic however that didn't help when the family wedding reception began at 5:30pm

  It was fun to see all the families having a great time, but as a couple who didn't bring kids, if we wanted to use the pool, there was just no way. It was so full of kids and rowdy. But if our kids were with us, then it would have been a way for them to hang and meet other kids.
