  The bedroom and bathroom furnishings are luxurious and very comfortable; well light hallways and rooms; very beautiful and graceful main floor--true to period; excellent and well trained staff; awesome food; the town car service is awesome especially since I was traveling with my elderly mom who could not walk great distances (my mom felt very pos... wat mensen zeggen » h); the ability to visit the ballrooms, etc. to learn about the history of the original hotel from the turn of the 20th century. Close to down town sh - I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that I'd asked for. Not the tower.

  The staff is great! I couldn't work the coffee maker in the room and the front desk guy brought me 2 cups of coffee at 6 am..the lounge with the free snacks and yogurt and water is amazing and a classy touch. The in house restaurant is 5 star. I love this place! We were in Alaska roughing it for 2 weeks and this hotel was just what - Our second time a this facility. We love the resort-style, park-like setting, spaceous and modern rooms and personable staff. It's also nice to have such quiet surroundings. The beds are extremely comfortable. Top-notch restaurant.

  The staff was outstanding--helpful, friendly and extremely welcoming. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were relaxing, the grounds were charming and the perfect spot for a short walk. Willows Lodge is also ideally located--within walking distance of a nice biking/hiking trail, Chateau Ste. Michelle and Columbia Vineyards. I have been fortunate to have stayed at some fancy places throughout my lifetime and this place blew them out of the water! The service was impeccable! Everybody seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay. I can't wait go back!

  My wife and I enjoyed the Lusso very much. Staff was great. Lobby is nice. The rooms are very nice. Keep in mind, the Lusso is not a Five Star hotel, but it is a very nice hotel, and easy walking to downtown. Good beer next door. I don't know if we will visit Spokane in the future, but if we do, we will certainly stay at the Lusso ag - The peace and quite. We felt like we were the only ones in the hotel, it was lovely.   This Hotel was wonderful. Spent our 20th Anniversary night here. The suite was very luxurious and modern. Staff found out it was our anniversary and put champangne in our room. The attached resturant 'Stoneburner' was very good also.   While it seems to be predominately a business hotel. I was in Vancouver for my granddaughter's graduation. I had the grandchildren take turns staying with me to enjoy the pool and shopping; the hotel was really welcoming to these well-behaved children and we all enjoyed their stay. The extra cost for business floor and its amenities turned out not to be worthwhile for this - I have stayed here a couple times before. It is a perfect place to stay. I used to prefer large hotels. But since finding Heathman Lodge I always stay here. Ambiance is perfect! Rooms are spacious and perfectly appointed. Restaurant is gourmet. All levels of staff are well-trained and efficient and always ready to serve with a smile. Have I said enough to convince you to book a room? I hope so!!!!! You will be glad you did!!!!!

  The hotel room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. First off I would have never stayed in this hotel because it was completely out of my budget but I cashed in some rewards points for a gift card. This stay was a nice upgrade to my trip. Very centrally located in downtown Seattle. We travel extensively as a family and the Olympic Fairmont Hotel would have to be one of the best hotels we have stay in. They have weddings throughout the year because of the location but the noise was not intrusive.
