Close to down town sh - I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that I'd asked for. Not the tower.

  I loved everything about The Tucker House Inn! It was close to town so we didn't have to worry about driving or parking. A fabulous breakfast was delivered to our room daily and when we were going to be leaving early they brought an awesome breakfast "to go" the day before. Everyone was super nice and super helpful.   Upon checking in, I was exhausted from traveling (sale rep) and the gentleman checking me in (forgive me I can't recall his name) was wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly. He took time to answer my questions and even suggested an upgrade. I liked the offer. He is also the reason I stayed in to dine. I ate in the lounge and it was perfect. First off I would have never stayed in this hotel because it was completely out of my budget but I cashed in some rewards points for a gift card. This stay was a nice upgrade to my trip. We travel extensively as a family and the Olympic Fairmont Hotel would have to be one of the best hotels we have stay in. They have weddings throughout the year because of the location but the noise was not intrusive.   this is a very well restored historical hotel. it was very comfortable in a nice small downtown area. I was able to sleep with the window open and was not bothered by any noise all night. try that in the big city. there are several local wine, brewery and great dining establisments to enjoy there. they even gave me tickets to the very well refurbi... wat mensen zeggen » shed movie theater. it is obvious that the people there have worked very hard to rebuild there little town into a very pleasent destination spot.   This property is most attractive - well designed for the most part and has attractive decoration throughout. The location is great for the Seattle Centre - both for the attractions located there - opera, ballet, theatre etc., and the monorail for transportation to the city centre. There are many eating establishments nearby offering everything from Indian, Chinese, Steaks etc. - I really liked the availability of the shuttle really helped me to see some sights more easily and then I could find my way back. The staff were really helpful & friendly. I felt comfortable and that I wasn't just a nameless customer, the afternoon cupcakes were such an awesome treat and being able to use the bikes was lovely. The pool I enjoyed. the bed was luxurious!! I thought the decor was terrific too very different and individual as was the foyer. Have already recommended your hotel.
