  The location of this hotel right on Lake Washington is really great and the view across the lake toward the mountains is really good. They have weddings throughout the year because of the location but the noise was not intrusive.   The staff was outstanding--helpful, friendly and extremely welcoming. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were relaxing, the grounds were charming and the perfect spot for a short walk. Willows Lodge is also ideally located--within walking distance of a nice biking/hiking trail, Chateau Ste. Michelle and Columbia Vineyards. I have been fortunate to have stayed at some fancy places throughout my lifetime and this place blew them out of the water! The service was impeccable! Everybody seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and genuinely wanted you to enjoy your stay. I can't wait go back!

  I loved the staff! They were so friendly and had a lot of tips on where to go on the island. The room was clean and they even left a note for my boyfriends b-day. When we woke up the view was stunning. The fog was clinging to the ocean and the ferry was coming in.   We loved everything! The staff was so sweet and had everything ready for us including fresh cookies and a hand written thank you note. The lobby is cozy and a great space to just relax. The rooms are very Europe- like reminded me of Paris. The seating area within the room was very comfortable and really made you feel like u could relax in your own... wat mensen zeggen » space. The location is perfect - the staff was knowledgeable and didn't bat an eye at my wife and I (we have had some previous issues with acceptance - The staff was wonderful on arrival we were there a few hours early and thy held our bags while we went shopping down in pikes market place. When we went back they had our bags in our room and has music playing from the Bose radio, they had hand written thank you notes and fresh cookies in the room.
