  This hotel has an excellent shuttle service for taking guests to places nearby. It took us shopping, dinner and breakfast. It was very comfortable to use it and we saved a lot of money on taxis or renting a car. The drivers were very friendly and we just had to wait a bit when they picked us up (the longest was about 20 minutes).   Very friendly and helpful staff. Our first time in Dallas, went to football game. They helped us with taxis and restaurants. - Room was modern , well appointed and very clean. Food was good and restaurant personnel were excellent.

Then, at the time of check out a sewing kit was provided after the strap of my shirt broke. The gym was one of the better hotel gyms and the pool (indoor and outdoor) were nice. The bar staff was great, with happy hour daily.
