  This is a very nice hotel and I hope to go back next year. The staff was very nice and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I liked having the pool right outside my door and being able to relax in it 24/7. The beach is also very close and seemed more private than the other area beaches. Margarita, the manager was very nice and made a point to... wat mensen zeggen » make sure we had everything we needed. The Niche (hotel's restaurant) was also very nice and Donna that works in the restaurant was very friendly and - I only stayed one night and because of circumstances it was a last minute call. From the moment I called they were helpful courteous, and from the moment I arrived I felt home. The staff was friendly and accommodating they have me a great room it was clean and cozy. It was right next to the beach and although a city beach it was very pleasant. The price was right and affordable. I would have loved to stay there longer. I recommend it.

  I love the staff. We were greeted with fabulous coffee. The room was very authentic PR. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful. The location was superb. Right in the heart of everything and a 5 minute walk from downtown Old San Juan. My most favorite part of the hotel was the breakfast. Absolutely delicious...not at all what I exp... wat mensen zeggen » ected. Great coffee and tea, warm bread and home made mini glazed donuts, fresh fruit bowls and turkey slices. Topped off with wonderful OJ.
